Six numbers. One target. Hit it exactly.
Target Number is the classic numbers round from the TV quiz shows. You get six numbers and a target. Combine the numbers two at a time with add, subtract, multiply and divide until one of them is exactly the target. Every answer along the way must be a whole number, and each number can only be used once.
Every daily puzzle is built from a real solution, so the target can always be reached. Early in the week you get six small numbers and a target under 150. Midweek a big number like 25, 50, 75 or 100 joins in, and at the weekend you get two of them and a target up to 999 that takes at least three steps.
A new target unlocks every day at midnight in your time zone, and everyone gets the same numbers. Practice mode deals unlimited new ones.

🎮How to play
- 1
Tap a number, then + − × or ÷, then a second number.
- 2
The two numbers merge into the answer, which stays picked so you can carry on.
- 3
Subtract and divide always take the smaller number from or into the bigger one, and division has to come out even.
- 4
Use Undo or Reset to try another route. A hint plays the next step of the shortest way from where you are.
- 5
The puzzle is solved the moment any number on the table matches the target.
💡Tips & tricks
- Tip 1
Work backwards from the target: if it’s 456, try to make 450 or 460 first and fix the difference with a small number.
- Tip 2
Big numbers multiply well. 75 × 4 or 50 × 8 gets you close to many targets in one step.
- Tip 3
Keep a small number back for the end. A spare 1, 2 or 3 is perfect for nudging a near miss onto the target.
- Tip 4
Look for factors: if the target is divisible by 7 or 9, try to make the other factor from the rest.
🙋Questions
Is every Target Number puzzle solvable?
Yes. Each puzzle is made by combining the numbers in a real chain of steps, so the target can always be reached exactly. There are often several ways to get there.
Can I use fractions or negative numbers?
No. Every step must give a whole number of 1 or more, as on the TV show. Division has to come out even, and subtraction always takes the smaller number from the bigger one.
Do I have to use all six numbers?
No. Each number can be used at most once, but you can leave some out. You win the moment any number on the table equals the target.
How are points calculated?
Faster solves score more and each hint costs points. Weekend puzzles are worth up to double. Solve the daily on consecutive days to build your streak.
