Spot the Difference 1v1
Find all 7 differences. A wrong tap adds 2 seconds.
How a Spot the Difference duel works
- 1One pair of pictures
A fresh scene is drawn for your match. You and your friend get exactly the same two pictures with the same seven differences.
- 23-2-1, go
The race starts the moment your friend opens the link: a shared countdown, so you both start looking at exactly the same time.
- 3Tap what changed
Tap a difference in either picture to circle it. Your friend’s bar climbs each time they find one.
- 4Wrong tap = +2s
Guessing has a cost: every tap that misses adds two seconds to your time. Hints are off in a race.
Who wins?
Lowest time wins: from the shared start to your last find, plus two seconds per wrong tap.
The other player wins straight away.
Either of you can offer a rematch: one tap, a new scene, a new 3-2-1.

How to beat your friend at Spot the Difference
Scan in strips from top to bottom, comparing small patches. Looking at the whole picture at once hides the small changes.
Most changes are a different colour, something missing, or one more of something. Count windows, clouds and flowers.
Two seconds per miss adds up fast. Tap only when you are sure; a calm search usually beats a frantic one.
When you are stuck on the last one, check the corners and the edges of the picture, where the eye rarely goes.
Why Spot the Difference is made for 1v1
Spot the difference is the oldest picture puzzle there is, and it turns into a proper race the moment someone else is looking at the same two pictures. Your eyes against theirs, seven changes, and a progress bar that tells you exactly how far ahead they are.
Every 1v1 match gets its own freshly drawn scene, so nobody has seen it before, and both players get the identical pair. Every tap is replayed on our server, misses included, and the time is measured there from the shared start, so a win is a real win.
Races are live. Send the link, keep the page open, and the moment your friend opens it you both get the same 3-2-1. If someone leaves mid-race or stops playing, the other player wins, and either of you can call a rematch in one tap. It is free, it runs in any browser, and nobody needs an account: just a name.
Prefer to play alone? Today’s daily Spot the Difference is the same for everyone, with its own leaderboard and streak.
